Shipping And Delivery
• We offer free shipping across India for orders greater than Rs.1,000.
• We ship worldwide and everywhere in India wherever a courier service is available.
• Items will be shipped within 48 hours and delivery will take up to 7 days depending on the delivery address.
Exchanges are accepted only in the below mentioned circumstances -
Packages that contain products different from the ones which were ordered.
Packages/bottles that are torn/broken or not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
Products that have expired by the time of delivery.
P.S. - Chances of these happening are very unlikely! We will always do our best to make sure you have a smooth experience with us!
*Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. Once consumed, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.
An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us.
If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
SAFE BEE reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as sweets, skincare products etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
