I ordered this product because i am very particular about the ingredients and my blood sugar levels, this product claimed to be made from 70% original cacao and 30% dates for sweetness, after consuming even a full bar i have noticed no spikes in my blood sugar readings, its original chocolate without any additives so don't expect the sweetness of a commercial chocolate and it will be a bit bitter but the dates do provide some sweetness, just order well in advance because they will take time to deliver
